THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

I have to admit, if you told me that we would be so much influenced by social media 15 years ago, I would have laughed at you. But now the biggest source of information in the world is social media. Since this is a reality, social media. Everyone is trying to be on it. Companies mostly, because they are trying to catch up with technology and its innovations. OK look, in order for a business any business to survive, it needs people to actually purchase whatever that company supplies.

For year’s television, radio and print media have been the most effective ways or places to advertise. Television has to be the most expensive source of media to advertise, depending on what time a company wants its ad to be on. Don’t get me wrong, they are all expensive but TV is number one. Radio and print media are some how neck and neck depending on what newspaper, magazine or radio station but they can be costly.
.

Advertising pays most TV personalities because f how expensive it is.costly.
For any company not take advantage of social media to its advantage, its a major mistake. The advantages ofadvertising on social media will not only increase you business sales, but it will also increase exposure, increase tariff, develop loyal fans, improvedsearch rankings improve leads to name a few.

Print media is still used for advertising and it is still expensive.
Social media is certainly taking the world by storm. It is so hard for not only people to be art of the evolution but for companies as well. Although traditional media like TV are still being used, the most effective way to reach to the masses is through all of the social media networks people use on a day to day basis. I now I know I’m not the only who always finds advertisements of products when you’re trying to download movies or music your favorite website.

The way social media is so big, big brands and companies have their own websites for people to actually get their products or get additional data/ information about them. This gives the customers a sense of being cared for and the accessibility of being able to purchase products at home. I don’t know about you guys out there, but social media advertising is the way to go for any business to be successful. The most important factor here guys is that being influential to the public easy and relatively cheap an this really has taken back the power of advertising back into the hands of thees big companies/ businesses. Now here is a video explaining the benefits of social media marketing.

THE ERA OF, THE PRINCE OF HIP HOP.

Throughout the years the hip-hop scene was not as popular as it is now. Hip hop  has been one of the biggest growing genre in mzansi and it keeps getting better. You might have heard of the hip-hop group Entity. This group was were Mr. Kiernan Jordan Forbes started out with his music career. Entity was full of diversity and it something the hip hop scene hasn't seen before. The lyrical content was full with metaphors and similes’ that made listening to their music amazing.
Young AKA in his group, Entity.
The group was so good they got nominated for the KORA awards. The whole of mzansi was so excited about the group, hence I had so much potential of  being one of the biggest hip-hop groups mzansi has ever had , throughout the years. Unfortunately Entity had to split, one of the reasons being the parents didn't want them to take music as a career.

Although the parents intervened, this didn't stop aka from chasing his dream. In fact it gave him more reason to prove not only to his friends, parents but himself that he can make music a successful career. AKA showed dedication and hunger by being influential and rubbing shoulders with the industries heavyweights in the game. He later was part of the production collective I.V League. This production group worked with the hip hop giant Pro Kid. Kamza and Buks were those young producers who were part of I.V League who saw potential in AKA hence why the group started.

Production collective I.V League.
Now working with experienced artists helped him to see what the masses wanted and how to conduct himself in the public eye. Social media wasn't as big as it is now, but it had an impact on the public. When AKA dropped his EP 24/7/366, the public hear different, creative beats that had a major effect on songs, but that also was accompanied by AKA’s unique lyrics that got people wanting to repeat and listen to the track again. Now so far it might seem as if i'm being bias or what not, but you can not hate on home boy's shine.

The fact is AKA has all the right to be cocky cos he can actually back it up. with such background and material the had he had, he just had to keep bring out music to the public.his latest by far his most successful album titled LEVELS, has been one of the most successful albums to come out of mzansi. AKA should creativity and versatile by having the likes of TUMIREASON, JR, DA LES AND BURNA BOY (to name a few).
The self proclaimed PRINCE OF SA HIP HOP, AKA.

The evolution of AKA has certainly proven that the combination of social media and the passion of music or what you love, can be profitable. AKA made this music video because of how much the public loved the song, he didn't plan on making "All Eyes On Me" his next single. Lol! You gotta love the power of social media. Enjoy.
